CARA*J with its recently enlarged cockpit and tank racks offers room for dive teams of 6 - 8 divers.With a maximum of 12 divers with 2 tanks each being quite acceptable.

The Hen & Chickens Islands is renowned for its prolific fish, Crayfish, and marine mammals with visibility usually in excess of 20mtrs. A truly magic destination with options of Diving, Fishing, Spearfishing or perhaps Composite Trips of any of the above.

During the scallops season [Aug - March] the option of a 3rd short dive for these succulent shellfish is there. We use up any 1/2 tanks on one of the scallop beds in Whangarei Harbour entrance. Steve your skipper is a very experienced diver with 20 years diving and knows Bream Bay intimately. He's sure to give you a safe, enjoyable, successful and memorable experience.

Overnight Fishing Charters

23 Hour Fishing trips to the Hen & Chickens Islands. Departs 5 pm with an evening fish till dark; then staying overnight on board with a dawn Kingfish Raid, followed by a full days line fishing; returning 4pm on the second day.

MOKO HINAU ISLANDS WEEKENDS

Fantastic overnighter. Suitable for the more experienced teams with comfortable accommodation for 4 - 6 maximum. This trip targets larger fish including Snapper, King Fish, Sharks & Hapuka. If you don't have hair on your chest, you probably will have after this trip!
